Illustrated Movie Poster for “Ukrainian Rhapsody”
This project celebrates Ukrainian culture through the lens of cinema. At its heart is Sergei Parajanov, a renowned Soviet filmmaker who created some of the most significant cinematic works that honour and explore Ukrainian culture, particularly in Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors. This project aims to revive the appreciation of such contributions in a modern context, showcasing the richness of Ukrainian culture.

As part of the project, the following elements were developed : movie posters, a publication detailing Parajanov's difficult life, a website (as seen below), and a video containing snippets of interviews and scenes from his movies, meant to be played in a public-facing environment to educate and capture the viewer's attention.
